ROOTS

In "Roots", I present a series of four wooden paintings of 30 x 30 cm each, where I explore the connection between roots and memory. Each work reflects a minimalist approach, using a subtle colour palette and simple forms that evoke the essence of roots, both in a physical and emotional sense. Through the reduction of visual elements, I seek to invite reflection on how our past experiences shape our present identity.

The texture of the wood, along with the technique employed, brings a tactile dimension that links the viewer to the work, reminding us that each root is a testimony to our history. In this way, "Roots" becomes a tribute to memory and our deepest connections.
